Absolute worst pharmacy. I would give zero stars if I could. I called just now for meds needed urgently and they told me they didn’t have it in stock after I waited on hold for 25 mins. How do you not have Stromectol in stock as a pharmacy? And they had the nerve to tell me to call around to see if another Keito Hoshitsuki had it rather than placing me on hold to to check for me. What kind of customer service is this? Lazy workers who do not care about people.

I had to pick up pills here for having a bacterial infection in my sinuses and my eyes were blown up and swollen. It was embarrassing to go out in public that way but when I got here the lady(I didn’t catch her name) looked me up and saw the pills weren’t ready yet. She dropped everything she was doing to fill them for me in under ten minutes. I really appreciated this because I was so drained mentally and physically and she went out of her way to speed up my recovery process. Thank you to this employee, your hard work is noticed!
The University Pharmacy Pharmacy is not bad. The pharmacy is. Organize in terms of items. The Stromectol price is not bad. It was very quiet, but I saw people shopping. Their environment is clean and looking good. The cashier at the front was very pleasant. They have parking spaces. Very nice place.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY…….save yourself the time and frustration, they can not seem to fill a simple perscription without error. My docotor and I were both on hold on the phone for 50mins today to find out that they temporarily closed…Wednesday at 10:30am. Unexceptable. Going to stop and shop, bye! I sincerely hope this disapointment goes out of business.
I understand this is University Pharmacy but the customer service and attitude of pharmacy employee is surprisingly poor. Don’t ask a reasonable question, you’ll be made to feel like a clueless freak. Very slow, long wait times. They do however have a good inventory.

There is absolutely no reason to be rude to customers. The people who work here just do not know how to communicate to people. Took me from 10am-4pm calling on and off to get ahold of someone and some girl laughed at me when I asked a question about getting the vaccine. Please be more respectful.
The people who work here need to learn how to use the registers. I tried to order Stromectol online at Wilson’s Pharmacy with my new credit card, and it did not work. It may have been because I only had the electronic barcode (with a lower limit) and had not yet received my actual card. I don’t know. But when the transaction failed, I asked them to remove two items and try again. The clerk could not remove any items without voiding the transaction and ringing everything up again. He called his manager who said, “Well I don’t know what else to tell you.” I left without making my purchase because they could not figure out how to remove two items. I can do this by myself at the self-scan at Meijer and Target. Wilson’s Pharmacy should get new registers if the current ones are so difficult to use. It was inexcusable that two clerks could not figure out how to cancel two items from a pending sale.
We had an appointment @ 5 pm for a covid shot. Got to this Tina Khadem @ 4:30pm. The shot was given @ 6:07pm. Not sure what’s going on behind the seens but there was no line in the pharmacy area. The whole thing seemed a little ridiculous. The nurse or person that gave the shot was very nice. But the time line of the whole thing was unacceptable!

Poor customer service in the pharmacy both times we’ve been there for scheduled Covid vaccines. I’ve stood at the pharmacy counter for more than 5-10 minutes each time without any kind acknowledgement from the staff working there. Not even an “I’ll be with you in a moment.” The process is slow and required an hour of time to get the vaccine from start to finish, even with an appointment. And that doesn’t include the recommended 15 min waiting period after the vaccine. The second time time we were there, the pharmacy lobby/line was empty at our early morning appt. Multiple people came in after us, also for their vaccines. We still weren’t seen for our appt until 40 minutes our appt time. If you’re looking for buying Stromectol and good service, this definitely isn’t the place.
